Closing In Of The Patio Area & Afdak Installation
The Crous’s needed an old braai area to be closed in to create additional room but wanted the space to flow as part of the style of the house. This project included some brick and plasterwork, aluminium installs, repairing and re-screeding the floor before laying the new Cemcrete floor to match the rest of the house.
The old cupboard and countertop also got stripped out and replaced with a brand-new top and cupboard, matching that of the kitchen. We also built a new afdak for the client because their beloved dogs needed a new sheltered area.
Janse Van Vuuren Project
Conversion From Fibreglass To A Concrete Pool
The Janse Van Vuurens needed their old fibre glass pool that had been giving them problems for years, removed and replaced with a new concrete pool.
This entire project was completed through us from start to finish, from removing the entire fibre glass shell to reinstalling the new pool pump when the new pool was finished.
Double Bathroom Re-Model (Part 1)
The client was ready to tackle the next step in creating her dream home. This time around for her were the bathrooms.
We stripped out both of her bathrooms to the raw shell and started all over again. Re-modelling, new tiles, installing all her beautiful, handpicked sanitary wares as well as our custom-built frameless showers.

Dover Project
Entertainment Area Extension
The Dovers wanted to renovate and extend their patio into a roofed entertainment area. This project included the filling in of the old pool in conjunction with the installation of the new pool further down.
The hot tub was originally inside the house, this also had to be relocated to its new position outside. The pool and hot tub filter systems then had to be redesigned and installed. The project also included: brick and plaster work, aluminium install, lighting and electrical, tiling and paving, roofing and painting.

Garage and Afdak Conversion (Part 1)
The owners needed to increase capacity at their beautiful farmhouse. The double garage which in fact was more a storeroom for just about anything and everything, as well as the adjacent afdak under which some farm equipment and a tractor once stood seemed the perfect place to extend.
This project included building work, plumbing and electrical (including waste management), roofing (including insulation and ceiling), guttering, tiling, sanitary wares and painting.
